The society meets on the first Thursday of every month, alternating between the Engadine High School Library and the Newberry High School Library, with some months meeting at the Curtis Public Library.

The dues are $6.50 per calendar year, $25.00 for a 5 year membership, and $75.00 for a lifetime membership. The benefits of membership are the newsletter and free posting of queries.
